Adobe Encore

The program Adobe Encore (previously Adobe Encore DVD) is a software for post-production of film media. The program is intended for publishing the content such as DVD, Blu- ray Disc, or SWF ( Flash movie ). It is also part of the " Production Premium " package Creative Suite of the company Adobe.

Adobe Encore is integrated as part of the Creative Suite seamlessly with other programs of the same package, such as Adobe Photoshop.

Unlike other Adobe products, the projects created with Adobe Encore CS3 cross-platform are currently incompatible, that is, one on the Windows level with Adobe Encore CS3 ( Win) project created on the Macintosh can not level with Adobe Encore CS3 (Mac ) are opened or further processed.

With the setting of the development of the Creative Suite also Encore is not switched to the Creative Cloud. This decision was justified by the fact " that the video industry would have more and more from the distribution of physical media and the developers focus on the development of cloud, and streaming content."
