Adolf Neuendorff

Adolf Heinrich Anton Magnus New Dorff ( born June 13, 1843 in Hamburg, † December 4, 1897 in New York City ) was a German - American composer, violinist, pianist, conductor, director, and theater director.

Born in Germany emigrated to New Dorff at the age of twelve years with his father to New York, where he studied music. As early as 1859 he made his debut as a concert pianist in Dodworth Hall, in 1861, he was a violinist on tour through Brazil.

His works includes two symphonies, several operas and some Single for voice and piano.
