Adolph Wold

Adolph Marius Wold ( born September 30, 1892 in Kristiania, † February 5, 1976 in Oslo) was a Norwegian footballer.

Career

Association

Wold played from 1909 until his career end of 1928 for IF Ready from the Oslo district Vestre Aker.

National

Between 1912 and 1928 he played 26 caps for the Norwegian national team, in which he scored three goals. On 16 June 1918 he was in the team, the first victory of Norway was achieved in an official international match in a 3-1 win against Denmark.

At the Olympic football tournament in 1920 in Antwerp he was in the Norwegian squad and came into the games against Great Britain ( 3-1 ) and Czechoslovakia ( 0:4 ) are used.
