Adolf Frederick II, Duke of Mecklenburg [- Strelitz ] (* October 19, 1658, † May 12, 1708 ) was reigning Duke of Mecklenburg -Strelitz.
Life
As the youngest son of Duke Adolf Friedrich I and Marie Catherine, daughter of Duke Julius Ernst von Dannenberg, he claimed in 1695 after the death of his father, Duke Gustav Adolf of Mecklenburg [- Güstrow ], the successor to its ( partial) Duchy However, this goal could not be achieved.
