Adrian Belew
Robert Steven " Adrian " Belew ( born December 23, 1949 in Covington, Kentucky, USA) is an American guitarist and composer.
Belew is best known for the progressive rock band King Crimson, where he is the lead singer and guitarist since 1981. Before Belew played among others with Frank Zappa, Caifanes, the Talking Heads and David Bowie. Since 1987, Belew has been a permanent member of The Bears. In addition, Belew had numerous guest appearances and production work (including Mike Oldfield, Jean Michel Jarre, Nine Inch Nails, Laurie Anderson - whose hand-painted guitar he played at times - and Porcupine Tree ).
