Adrián Campos

Adrián Campos ( born June 17, 1960 in Valencia ) is a Spanish entrepreneur and former racing driver. He is the father of racing driver Adrián Campos jr.

Campos drove for the Minardi team in Formula 1 His Formula 1 debut was on April 12, 1987 at the Brazilian Grand Prix in 1987 and 1988. He was reported for 21 Grand Prix, is 17 times to qualify for the start, but came only twice to the finish. It was his best finish of 14th place at his home Grand Prix, the Grand Prix of Spain, in 1987.

After finishing his career Campos founded the Campos Grand Prix motor racing team, with whom he won a starting place for the 2010 season of the Formula 1 World Championship. Shortly before the start of the season he sold the team that finally as Hispania Racing F1 Team took.
