Adrian Sobaru

Adrian Sobaru ( born August 16, 1968) gained 23 December 2010 notoriety when he from a balcony in the public gallery of the plenary chamber of the Romanian Parliament plunged during a speech by the Prime Minister Emil Boc in the meeting room.
