Adriana Monti
Adriana Monti ( born 1951 in Milan ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter.
Monti worked as an assistant director Luigi Comencini and presented first own works with experimental video films. She also created documentaries. In 1988, she turned as an independent producer and 16mm on her first feature film, Gentili signore, which was awarded at the festival Oval in Bellaria, but only in very low copy number came in the rental. After another documentary work, she went to Canada in 1996, where she worked as a reporter for OMNI Televisiosn and their own company, A & Z Media founded. 2010 and 2012, it presented further work, the deeper her feminist approach. They worked together and musician Ruth Budd with the artist Mark Thompson.
