Adriano B. Lucatelli

Adriano B. Lucatelli ( born February 23, 1966) is a Swiss manager, entrepreneur and President of reader Council of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung.

Life

Lucatelli studied International Relations and Economics at the University of Nevada ( BA) and at the London School of Economics (MSc). He received his doctorate in 1995 at Dieter Ruloff at Zurich University on the topic of global financial market supervision. Part-time graduated Lucatelli an MBA from the University of Rochester (New York (State) ) and the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School.

Lucatelli was co-founder of the Swiss financial group Reuss Private Group and conducted between 2009 and 2013 as CEO, the asset manager Reuss Private AG. His professional career he started in 1994 at Credit Suisse, where he held various management positions in Zurich and London. Between 2002 and 2009 Lucatelli worked at UBS Switzerland as Managing Director and Member of the Management Committee in Lugano and Zurich.

Next he has worked since 2012 as a lecturer at the University of Zurich on the political economy of international financial markets.

During his career Lucatelli published various articles in newspapers and journals and is the author of the books "Finance and World Order " ( 1997) and " From high flyers, Penalties and crash landings " (2012).

Except Professional Commitment

In non-occupational exposure, it acts since 2008 as President of the Council readers the Neue Zürcher Zeitung and supports students at the University of Nevada financially through its two Scholarships.

In 2011, he received the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada 's Distinguished Alumni Award and was nominated by Ernst & Young Switzerland for the competition " Entrepreneur of the Year".

Lucatelli is a life member of the Cantonal Art Museum in Lugano, honorary member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the American Association of Political Sciences, and member of the Athenaeum Club in London.
