Advice (opinion)

One piece of advice, even advice or a recommendation, is a mostly non-binding, usually verbal support. It can be carried by a related person as a friend or life partner or an outside party such as a doctor or counselor. One piece of advice is usually not a direct solution to a problem, but shows the first step towards a desired outcome on. To this end, he gives evidence of possible solutions or summarizes the situation from a different perspective together. Sometimes advice is given in incomprehensible or encrypted form, eg by an oracle or a paradox intervention.

Advice can be found in addition in many magazines (eg Good advice, often in their own headings ), in special shopping guide books and special advisory broadcasts on television ( eg ARD Guide ).

Non-binding advice in everyday life, such as the inquiry for directions to the town hall, in accordance with § 675 paragraph 2 BGB is not liable for damages if they are wrong.

In the Swiss canton of Basel-Stadt advice indicates a template of the Government Council ( executive) of the Grand Council (legislature ); it contains in addition to the bill, remarks on its origin, to the results of a possible consultation procedure and notes on the individual provisions.
