Advieh

Advieh (Persian ادویه ) is a spice mixture in Persian cuisine. The components of the mixture vary by region of the country. Some common ingredients but dried rose petals, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin belong continue to turmeric, clove, ginger, angelica, saffron, nutmeg, black pepper, coriander and sesame seeds are added.

The spice is used for the preparation of different rice dishes, meat sauces ( Khoreshs ) and meat dishes used.
