ADVISE

ADVISE (Analysis, Dissemination, Visualization, Insight, and Semantic Enhancement ) is a program of the Ministry of Internal Security of the United States, and a successor to the Total Information Awareness program (later Terrorist Information Awareness). It is funded from the TVTA portfolio ( Threat and Vulnerability Testing and Assessment ).

There are little usable information about ADVISE outside the (assumed) budget of 47 million dollars ( 2004-2006), however, is certainly the methodology of data mining, which is based on this project.
