Aereogramme

Aereogramme were a Scottish rock band. Her music is associated with the alternative / progressive rock.

Band History

Aereogramme was founded in Glasgow in 1998. After several singles and EPs, their debut album A Story was released in 2001 In White. In 2003 he was the next album Sleep and Release. They accompanied live among other bands such as Idlewild, The Delgados and The Cooper Temple Clause. Was published in 2007 My Heart Has A Wish That You Would Not Go, in the same year announced the dissolution of one, but still played outstanding and already booked concert dates. The reasons for the resolution were complex, but would not last the financial situation contributed to the decision, the group said in a post on their MySpace page. The last Aereogramme - appearance was on 31 August 2007 as part of the Connect Festival at Inverary Castle, Scotland.

Mid-August 2009 announced singer Craig B and Iain Cook guitarist to have come together musically again under the name of The Unwinding Hours. The debut album The Unwinding Hours was released in Germany on February 12, 2010 and contains songs that were originally solo pieces of the singer Craig B.
