Aero A.12

The Aero A.12 was a two-seat biplane aircraft of the Czech company Aero Prague, developed in the early 1920s.

Construction

Designed the A.12 was originally designed as reconnaissance aircraft, but was later used as a light bomber. The places for the two crew members were arranged one behind the other; front sat the pilot, behind the observer and bombardier. From A.12 was later developed the successful Aero A.11.

An airworthy replica of this type can still be seen in today Letecké Muzeum in Kbely.
