Aeropus I of Macedon

Aeropos I. (Greek Ἀέροπος Α ') was the son of Philip I, king of Macedonia, and his successor on the throne.

Junianus Justin reported that Aeropos was still a baby when his father died. This took the neighboring Illyrians and covered with a large army against Macedonia. As the Illyrians took the upper hand in the fight, thought the Macedonians, it could only be because their king was not with them, because usually led the Macedonian king 's army into battle.
