Afdera (volcano)

The Afdera is an insulated, 1295 m high stratovolcano in northern Ethiopia. It is located at the intersection of three fault systems between the volcanoes Erta Ale, Tat Ali and Alayta. The last known eruption took place in June 1907 with the emission of lava on the western flank of the volcano.
