Affonso Beato
Affonso Henriques Ferreira Beato ( born July 13, 1941 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a South American cinematographer.
Life and achievements
Affonso Beato graduated from an art course as a bachelor. Since 1966, he turned over 50 films, including The Big Easy - The Big Easy, Ghost World, The Informant, Live Flesh - With skin and hair, All About My Mother, The Restless, Flight Girls, Dark Water - Dark Water, the Queen, Love in the time of Cholera and Nights in Rodanthe.
When Goya Film Awards, he was nominated in 2000 for Best Cinematography.
