Afghanistan at the 1956 Summer Olympics

Afghanistan took after an eight- year hiatus in the XVI. Summer Olympics in Melbourne for the third time in the Olympic Games in part 1956. The country was represented by its national hockey team. A total of 12 athletes lined up for the competitions. Attaché of the team was P. W. Alexander.
