Africa Day

Africa Day is an annual commemoration of the founding of the Organization of African Unity on 25 May 1963. Considered predecessor organization, founded in 2001, the African Union. On this day the Charter of 30 African countries was signed in Addis Ababa ( Ethiopia). In many African countries since May 25th is a public holiday.
