Afriyie Acquah

Afriyie Acquah Ebenezer ( born January 5, 1992 Sunyani ) is a Ghanaian football player.

Career

Association

Acquah started his career in the Glentoran Football Academy in Sunyani. The Glentoran FA is organized by the Northern Ireland Glentoran FC as International Youth Academy and managed. After an intermediate station in the youth team of the Ashanti Gold Club, he came up with the help of the FIFA agents and Glentoran FA founder Christopher Antoh Forsythe, at the Ashfield Boys High School in Belfast, Northern Ireland. After four months he returned to Ghana and played for the Ghanaian poly tank Second Division club Bechem United, before he went to DC United in Asante Akim Agogo. In 2010 he completed a Probetraing in Palermo and signed after successful completion of Sports Medicine study a Primavera contract with the U.S. Palermo.

Acquah made ​​his senior international debut for Ghana on 29 February 2012 against Chile. In qualifying for the African Cup in 2013, he scored for Ghana against Malawi on October 13, 2012 his first international goal.
