Aga of Kish

Agga (or Aka ) was from 2601 BC to 2581 BC ( or about 2585 - 2550 ) Sumerian king of Kish city. The dispute between Gilgamesh and Agga is told in the Epic of Gilgamesh.

Agga was the son of Enmebaragesi. He was the last ruler of the Etana dynasty and was of Gilgamesh, king of Uruk, defeated by 2570 BC.

Note: Due to the difficult source material for periods from pre-Christian times soft spellings and dating again and again from one another and have only in the context of the associated work of literature an acceptable consistency.
