The mystery of Agatha Christie is a British film drama from the year 1979. History interprets a true story from 1926, in which the writer Agatha Christie disappeared for 11 days.

Action

The U.S. reporter Wally Stanton travels to the book launch of Agatha Christie alibi to England. Although he is impressed by their nature, he sees how sad she is. She has to be put down for good reason. Her husband, Colonel Archibald Christie has an affair with his secretary, Nancy Neele, and requires his wedded wife the imminent divorce. Criticism

The film was " no confusion " said Vincent Canby in the New York Times, only " he had not much of anything ." He was not really a thriller, not a whole love story and certainly no biography.
