Age Discrimination in Employment Act

The U.S. Act Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ( Pub. L. 90-202; abgek. ADEA ) prohibits discrimination Mature at work. The law was an initiative of the U.S. government as part of the Great Society program under President Lyndon B. Johnson, who signed the law.
