Agilis Railway Company (AE) and Agilis Transport Company ( AV) (own spelling agilis ) are transport company, use the parts of railway passenger services in Bavaria. AV is a subsidiary of Benex; AE is a joint subsidiary of Benex (49%) and the Hamburg elevated railway ( HHA ) (51 %).

History

Regensburg star
