Agnes of Bavaria (nun)

Agnes of Wittelsbach (* 1335, † November 11, 1352 in Munich) was a Poor Clare. The daughter of the Emperor Louis of Bavaria was raised by her father's death by the learned Poor Clares at Anger in Munich. The marriage with a selected one of the relationship nobles refused it and went into the monastery. In 1352 the always sickly nobleman died in Anger Monastery in Munich.

In 1703, efforts began to her beatification, for which it was beatified. Your feast day is November 11.

In 1809, her body was transferred to the Frauenkirche in Munich.
