Ahmet Yalçınkaya

Ahmet Yalçınkaya (* 1963 in Giresun ) is a Turkish contemporary poets.

Life

Yalçinkaya graduated the average maturity in Germany and completed his university entrance qualification in Istanbul ( 1981). There he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University (1987 ), Master of Science in Robotics at the Technical University of Istanbul (1991) and with an associate degree in Management at the Anadolu University (2000 ) from.

After that, he taught mathematics at Namanganer Institute of Engineering and Pedagogy in Uzbekistan. Currently (2007) he worked as a technical manager.

Publications

His poems, essays, letters, interviews, poetry, translations and other translations are by newspapers and magazines such as Zaman, Al -Ahram Weekly, Vahdet, Vahdet, Tanitim, Dnevni Avaz, Harman, The light Kardelen, Mavera, Yosh Kuch, Pop Tongi, Kiragi, Endulus and others have been published in Turkey, Germany, England, Egypt and Uzbekistan.

Ahmet Yalçınkaya were awarded several prizes. At times, he worked at Kiragi poetry, a magazine in Istanbul ( 1995-97) and on the editorial board of the literary magazine Endulus ( 1997-98 ).
