Ahmose (princess)

Ahmose is a king's daughter of the late Egyptian 17th dynasty, who lived around 1550 BC. She was the daughter of King Seqenenre and a certain Satdjehuti.

Your grave ( QV47 ) was found in the Valley of the Queens. Noteworthy is the cloth in which wrapped their mummy and that was described with sayings of the Egyptian Book of the Dead. The mummy of Ahmose is now in the Museo Egizio in Turin.

Ahmose is also the name of an early and late Prince of Pharaoh Ahmose, both sons of Seqenenre.
