Background

The company name AHT originally stands for Austria Haus technology.

Austria Haus technology started in 1998 at the Vienna Stock Exchange, was bought by private equity investor Quadriga Capital for € 35 million in 2003 and taken by the Exchange. This financial investor handed AHT Cooling to the German investor Equita further and in 2006 a second time owner. Quadriga Capital probed in May 2013 a sale by at least € 450 million.

Its main site is the city of rotting man in Upper Styria, where about 800 employees. Other locations and sales offices, the AHT Cooling Systems in Germany, UK, Spain, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Mexico, India and Brazil.

Products
