Ahti (also Ahto ) is the god of the sea and of fishing in the Finnish mythology. He is depicted as a man with a beard of moss.

Ahti is the man of Vellamo, with whom he lives in the underwater palace of Ahtola. Also Näkki and Iku - Turso live there with him. He probably has two of the fragments of the Sampo, which was destroyed after a fight.

The Finnish Viking metal band Ensiferum has on their album " Victory Songs " of 2007, an eponymous song, which is about the deity.
