Ahtna or Ahtena is the Na - Dene language of the ethnic group of the Ahtna of the Copper River area in Alaska. The language is also known as the Copper River or Mednowski. From 500 people speak this language and the language of 80 faces with their extinction explained, but many young people are trying to learn this language in order to save them from extinction.
