Aich (also Aich- Assach ) is a municipality with 926 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in Styria and is located in the Enns Valley ( district court Schladming ). On January 1, 2015, is joined in the Styrian municipality structural reform with the market town of Gössenberg, the new community will continue the name Aich.

History

The abolition of the manorial system was carried out in 1848. Aich The local church as an autonomous body was established in 1850. After the annexation of Austria in 1938, the community came to Reichsgau Styria, 1945-1955, she was part of the British zone of occupation in Austria.

Coat of arms
