The Paris Declaration on the effectiveness of development cooperation ( en: Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness) is an international consensus document, which was adopted on March 2, 2005 in Paris. It's also emerged largely from the follow-up process of the Monterrey Consensus out, summarizes recent developments and findings and sets out the essential prerequisites for effective development cooperation.
