Aigle District
The District d' Aigle (German District Aigle ) is an administrative unit of the canton of Vaud in Switzerland.

History
The district Aigle is the only district in the canton of Vaud, which means exactly even after the major reorganization of the same and from the same communities as is since 1803 The only change is -. Territory realignment, with the canton of Vaud - the deletion of the following counties in late 2007.
Until 31 December 2007, the district in the Cercle, (Eng. ) circles, Bex, Ollon, Les Ormonts, Aigle and Villeneuve was divided:
- For Cercle d' Aigle Aigle belonged the communities, Corbeyrier, Leysin and Yvorne.
- For Cercle de Bex belonged the communities Bex, Gryon and Lavey Free subscription.
- For Cercle des Ormonts belonged the communities Ormont -Dessous and Ormont -Dessus.
- For Cercle d' Ollon included the community Ollon.
- For Cercle de Villeneuve belonged the communities Chessel, Noville, Rennaz, Roche ( VD) and Villeneuve (VD ).
