AIK banka Niš

The AIK banka Niš ( Agroindustrijsko Komercijalna banka ad Nis ) is a bank based in Niš in Serbia.

It was founded in 1976 as a municipal bank of the agro-industrial Combine Niš. You got from the National Bank of Yugoslavia a license to offer financial services throughout the country. In 1995 she was Aktiengesellschaft. Since 2005 she is listed on the stock index BELEX15 the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

On 11 September 2006, the Greek ATEbank announced that it has acquired 49.99 percent of the shares of the Bank.
