Aimar-Charles-Marie de Nicolaï

Aimar -Charles -Marie de Nicolaï ( born August 14, 1747 in Paris, † July 7, 1794 ) was a high official during the Ancien Régime.

De Nicolaï was an official of the royal administration. The highlight of his career he experienced with his appointment as Director of the Chambre des comptes (Financial Management).

1788 de Nicolaï was admitted as a successor of François -Jean de Chastellux to the Académie française ( fauteuil 2). On the occasion of his receiving written de Nicolaï a eulogy to King Louis XIV and wore this before in public.
