Aimee Garcia

Life and achievements

Garcia has Mexican and Puerto Rican ancestry. She graduated with a degree in journalism and English at Northwestern University. Her breakthrough came in the comedy Cadet Kelly in which she appeared alongside Hilary Duff and Christy Carlson Romano in 2002. In the years 2003 and 2004 she starred opposite Anthony Anderson in the series All about the Andersons a starring role.

In 2006, she played the role of the evil niece of George Lopez in four episodes of the series The George Lopez Show. Due to the fame of the person she was admitted to the final season and there replaced the role of Masiela Lusha. For this role she was nominated in 2007 for the ALMA Award and for the Imagen Award. In the comedy Major Movie Star (2008) she played alongside Keiko Agena, Katie Chonacas, Vivica A. Fox, Steve Guttenberg and Jessica Simpson.

From 2009 to 2010, she starred in a leading role in the American television series Trauma.
