Aimée Sommerfelt

Aimée Sommerfelt (* 1892, † 1975) was a Norwegian writer. She is internationally known for many children's books, including Veien til Agra ( 1959).

Sommerfelt wrote about war theme, immigration, discrimination, solidarity and the Third World.

Six times received the literary prize for children 's and youth literature of cultural and church ministry, as well as numerous foreign decorations.
