Aïn Defla Province

The Ain defla Province (Arabic ولاية عين الدفلى, DMG Wilāyat ʿ Ain al- Dafla ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northern Algeria.

The province is located southwest of the capital Algiers and has an area of ​​4885 km2.

Its population is approximately 720,000 inhabitants ( 2006 estimate ), the population density is therefore 147 people per square kilometer.

The provincial capital is Ain deflation, the largest city of the province is Khemis Miliana (formerly Afreville ).
