Aïn Témouchent Province

The Ain Temouchent Province (Arabic ولاية عين تموشنت, DMG Wilāyat ʿ Ain Tumūšanat ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northwestern Algeria.

The province has an area of ​​2432 km2 and is located on the Mediterranean Sea near the border with Morocco.

Around 358,000 people ( 2006 estimate ) live in the province, the population density is therefore 144 people per square kilometer.

The provincial capital is Ain Temouchent.
