Air Arabia Egypt is an Egyptian budget airline based in Alexandria and based on its airport Burg al - ʿ Arab.

History

Air Arabia Egypt was founded on 9 September 2009 as a joint venture between Air Arabia and Egyptian investors. Air Arabia's share is 40%.

Objectives

The airline flies to Alexandria from al - ʿ Arab Castle Airport to destinations in Africa and Asia. In addition, charter flights for tour operators of Egyptian resorts are performed at European airports, such as Dortmund, Erfurt, Hannover, Dresden and Munich from July 2011.
