Air Corsica

Air Corsica is a French airline based in Ajaccio on Corsica and based on its airport Campo dell'Oro.

History

The airline was founded in 1989 as Compagnie Corse Mediterranée, she began in 1990 with the flight operations. In November 2000, the name was then changed to first CCM Airlines, in October 2010 in Air Corsica.

Destinations

Air Corsica Corsica connects the airports in Ajaccio, Bastia and Calvi with many French destinations, including Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice and Paris. On several routes there is a cooperation with Air France.

Fleet

The fleet of Air Corsica is as of June 2013 eleven aircraft; whose average age is 7 years:

  • 5 Airbus A320 -200 ( 1 leased from Air France )
  • 6 ATR 72-500 (2 operated in cooperation with Air France and one leased to Czech Airlines )
