Air Poland

Air Poland Sp z o.o. (up to 2011 Air Italy Polska) was a Polish charter airline based in Warsaw and based on the Warsaw Chopin Airport.

History

Air Poland was founded in 2007 under the name Air Italy Polska, a subsidiary of the Italian Air Italy. In 2011, she received her last name. In February 2012, she was sold by Air Italy under their new owner Meridiana Fly to the investor, Swiss Capital Holdings AG. However, in April 2012, she filed for bankruptcy and ceased operations.
