Air Slovakia was a Slovak airline based in Bratislava, MR Stefanik based on its airport.

History

The airline was established on 2 June 1993 under the name Air Terrex Slovakia and took their business operations on 1 July 1993. Since 1995 was the name of the company Air Slovakia.

In July 2008, Air Slovakia presented all flights, except routes from Bratislava to Tel Aviv and Kuwait, and focused on the charter. Air Slovakia leased its aircraft to help with shortages in the Charter.

End of December 2008, Air Slovakia arrears of contributions for social insurance in the amount of 0.4 million euros. In early March 2010, the company was removed from the operating license due to their financial situation, the debt would amount to several million euros. On May 25, 2010 Air Slovakia went bankrupt.
