Airdrie (Alberta)
Airdrie is a city in Alberta ( Canada). It is equipped with 42 564 inhabitants (as of 2011 ) is the second largest city in the metropolitan area of Calgary. Airdrie was founded in 1889 by the Calgary and Edmonton Railway Railway Company. In 2013 a population of 49,560 was counted. This is an increase of 8.4 % compared to the number of the year 2012 in the amount of 45,711.
