The Aire at Apremont
The Aire is a river in France, which runs in the regions of Lorraine and Champagne- Ardenne. It rises in the municipality of Saint- Aubin- sur -Aire, the landscape traversed on the eastern edge of the Argonne Forest in northwest direction and leads after 126 miles below Termes as a right tributary of the Aisne. In the mouth region of the Aire is divided into a plurality of streams, a tributary flows about 800 meters further up the river in the municipality of Senuc. On its way, the river crosses the departments of Meuse and Ardennes.
