Aisling O'Sullivan

Aisling O'Sullivan ( born 1968 in Tralee, County Kerry) is an Irish actress.

Life and career

Born in southwest Ireland 1968 Aisling O'Sullivan learned acting at the renowned Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin. Her debut in front of the camera, she was in the 1995 TV movie Runway One. In the resulting 1997 film The Butcher Boy, she played as the mentally unstable mother of main character Francie first time in a supporting role. O'Sullivan's presentation of Dr.Cathy Costello in the Irish TV series The Clinic gave her an award for "Best Actress in a Leading Role " with the Irish Film and Television Award. In 2010 she played the role of Fiona Kelly in the television series Raw. Aisling O'Sullivan also occurs as a theater actress in appearance. Among other things, she was cast in performances of the Druid Theatre Company.
