The Aitkin Township is one of 40 townships in Aitkin County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. In 2010, the Aitkin Township had 856 inhabitants.

Geography

The Aitkin Township is located in the center of northeastern Minnesota, is drained by the upper Mississippi and is located at 46 ° 32'21 " north latitude and 93 ° 45'43 " west longitude. The township spread over 89.9 km ², spread to 84.1 km ² land and 5.9 km ² water surface.

Traffic
