Ajatar

Ajatar (also Ajattara or Aijo ) is an evil forest spirit in the shape of a dragon in the Finnish mythology. It is said that Ajatar is the mother of the devil, spread disease and pests and snakes breastfeeding. Anyone who watches it, it is even sick.

Ajatar is comparable to Aitvaras from the Baltic mythology and Tiamat of Babylonian mythology.

Other traditions According Ajatara is a hauntingly beautiful, female guardian spirit, the male gods are at your feet. It should be wrapped in a transparent dress in wisps and have the most enchanting laughter of the whole sky.
