The chain of the Academy of Sciences (Russian Академии Наук хребет ) is a mountain range in the west of the Pamir Mountains in Tajikistan.

The mountain range has a length of 110 km. 24 peaks are over 6,000 m mark. Several large glaciers cover the mountain range, including the Fedchenko glacier and Garmo glacier. The total glacier area is 1,500 km ². The Russian geographer Nikolai Leopoldovich Korschenewski named the mountain group in 1927 in honor of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
