The Akaflieg München Mü 23 " dinosaur " is a motor glider student Fliegergruppe Akaflieg Munich.

History

After Mü 22 began in 1957 the construction of the second project after the Second World War. It was after the Mü 13 "Motor Merlin ", the second motor sailer of the group and shared with his predecessor some design aspects such as the seating position of the co-pilot under the wing and the mu- wheel - lift profile.

Construction

The motor glider is equipped in the reasonable Egon disc Munich school with a horse-drawn steel tube fuselage and wings in timber construction.
